1 lb grass-fed ground beef or ground turkey
1 1/2 tsp garlic power
1 1/2 tsp onion power
1 bunch of cilantro
1-2 avocados
Grated cheddar cheese
Black olives
Black beans (de la olla) or can
Greens - choice of salad (preference kale and spinach)
Wheat tortilla

Heat pan to medium-high heat and add no oil and the meat will have it's own oil.

Leave the meat for several minuted and add in onion and garlic powder. Leave cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.

Heat tortilla for 30 seconds and add the meat and salad.
