1 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into ½ inch cubes
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
1½ tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Canola Oil
2 Cans (15½ oz) Great Northern Beans, rinsed and drained
1 Can (14½ oz.) Chicken Broth
2 Cans (4 oz) Green Chilies, chopped
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Ground Cumin
1 tsp. Dried Oregano
½ tsp. Pepper
¼ tso, Cayenne Pepper
1 C Sour Cream
½ C Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions:

1. In large saucepan, saute the chicken, onion and garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink.
2. Add beans, broth, chilies and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
3. Remove from heat: stir in sour cream and whipping cream.
