250 grams butter - cream butter and add a bit at a time the following

200 grams sugar
1 pkg vanilla sugar
4 egg yolks
Salt
THEN MIX AND SIFT
250 grams flour
2 tsp baking power
add by spoonfuls to the above mixture until blended

4 egg whites - mix so they are stiff
Divide dough into four cakes, and put on greased springforms bottoms, take 2 tbsp of stiff egg whites
And brush on dough

Mix
50 grams sugar
1 pkg vanilla sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Sprinkle on each of the cakes
Top with ground almonds

Bake each layer cake in 325 degree oven until golden about 15 to 20 minutes
Loosen the cakes immediately from the pans

Filling:
500 gram johannisbeer
Sprinkle with 125 grams of icing sugar
Small container of whipping cream
Add the berries to the whipping cream and top each cake layer with filling
The top layer will be a cake
Sprinkle with icing sugar and almond slivers
