1 1/2 lbs. sirloin
1/2 t. salt
2 onions, chopped
1 c. beef broth
3 T. soy sauce
1 glove garlic, minced
2 green peppers cut in strips
2 T. cornstarch
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into bite size pieces and brown in a oil in a skillet. Push meat to one side and cook onion. Stir in broth, soy sauce, garlic and cook until meat is done. Add peppers and cook until peppers are done.

Mix cornstarch and water and add to boiling mixture to thicken. Serve over rice.
