2 cod filets
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. flour
4 large potatoes

Directions:
Soak cod fillets in 1 c. milk for 1 hour. Remove and soak up excess fluid with a paper towel. Mix 4 eggs and one cup of milk. Immerse fish and remove immediately. Run both sides of the fish in flour and put in a deep fryer until golden brown. Cut 4 large potatoes in slices for fries. Soak in salt water for 1/2 hour. remove and cook in deep fryer at medium heat (300º) until soft. Remove and let stand until they reach room temperature. Increase oil's heat to hot and cook to golden brown.
