1 can (46 oz.) V-8 juice, chilled
1 can (14½ oz.) Italian stewed tomatoes
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium cucumber, chopped
½ c. Italian salad dressing
¼ c. minced fresh parsley
4 to 6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
chopped cooked shrimp, optional

Plan ahead....needs to chill!

In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Garnish with shrimp if desired.
