Ingredients:  
1 stick butter
2 cans chicken broth (I used unsalted chicken stock 1 carton)
1 cup water
3 cubes of chicken bullion (knorr’s)
1 1/2 cups long grain rice (I use jasmine)
1 small onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 pkg frozen spinach (I used ½ pack)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring chicken broth, water, chicken cubes and butter to a boil then add the rest of ingredients and reduce heat to med/low and cooked for 45 minutes. I think the next time I’ll try it at 30 minutes and shut the heat off for ten I think the rice was a little overcooked. Can’t be easier than that!
