3 tbsp. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
dash each of salt, pepper and garlic powder and paprika
2 chicken cutlets pounded down to 1/4"
2 C cornflakes crumbs
2 tsp. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl combine buttermilk, lime juice, mustard and seasonings stir and dip chicken into mixture , coating both sides. Dip chicken into the corn flake crumbs.
preheat oven 375 degrees
put chicken in a pan and sprinkle with oil place in oven

cook 10 minutes and turn over cook another 10 minutes or until done.
