3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon.

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/2 tsp salt

1 can (15 oz.) LIBBY'SŪ 100% Pure Pumpkin.

1 can (12 fl. oz.) Eagle Brand original unsweetened condensed Milk
.
1 unbaked 9-inch (4-cup volume) deep-dish pie shell

Whipped cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
-In large bowl, combine pumpkin, condensed milk and eggs, mix well
-Add cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt, mix well
-Pour into pastry shell
-Bake 15 minutes at 425
-Reduce oven temperature to 350° and bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
-Cool
-Squirt some Redi Whip on top of each slice
-Refrigerate leftovers.
