Ingredients:  
Mixture of what ever vegetables you prefer. We like broccoli with cauliflower or potatoes with green beans

1 packet of dry Italian dressing seasoning

1/2 stick of butter

2 tbs of olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Broccoli and Cauliflower:
-Place vegetables in a gallon size ziplock bag. Add olive oil and dry Italian dressing seasoning packet. Shake to mix.
-Pour into a baking dish and bake at 375 for about 25 minutes


Green beans and Potatoes
-Drain a can of no salt cut green beans and add to one end of a baking dish in a single layer
-Wash and dice potatoes (skin on) and add to the other end of the same dish in a single layer.
-Sprinkle with dry Italian dressing seasoning packet
-Top with dabs of butter, about half a stick, and bake 375 for 30 mins.
