1 lb. almond paste
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 large egg whites
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
few grains of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Using food processor, crumble almond paste. Add sugar and salt until its a fine crumble. Add egg whites and extract. Mixture will be sticky. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Drop by teaspoon full about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
