10 slices Bread-crust removed and cubed
1 1/2 C. Crumbled Bacon or Diced Ham
3/4 Pound Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Dozen Eggs
2 1/2 Cup Milk
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 Stick Butter- Melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°.
Arrange cubed bread on bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish. (Save a few pieces for the top.)
Place bacon and then cheese on top of bread. Add mushrooms if desired.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard - pour into pan.
Toss remaining bread cubes in butter and arrange on top.
Cover refrigerate over night. Bake 11/2 hours. Let stand 10 minutes
