5 Yukon Gold Potatoes
8 hard Boiled eggs
1 Larges Red Onion (finely Chopped)
3 DelMonte Dill Pickle Halves (finely Chopped)
Best Foods Mayonaise
Lemon Juice
Garlic Salt
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and peel potatoes and cut in squares.
Boil and peel eggs and dice
Dice dill pickle
Cut and dice onion
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add Salt, pepper, and gralic salt to taste
Mix in Mayonaise and lemon juice to desired taste.

This Recipe has been in our family for as long as I can remember. Of coarse I'm sure in the early years Grandma used her own canned pickles. Ive tried other pickles and none of them taste quite. the same in the salad than Del Monte. And ABSOLUTELY none other than Best Foods Mayo. Ive made a few changes over the years using Yukon Gold potatoes and adding a bit of lemon juice. Russets are great too.
