8-10 washed potatoes
I 8 oz box grated Parmesan cheese
1 stick butter
Oil to coat potatoes
Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry potatoes. Rub oil all over the. Cut eac one
in half lengthwise
In a 9x13 baking dish melt the stick of butter
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the butter. Make sure
you have a really good coating in butter
Place the potatoes (cut side down) in the dish
Bake 350 degrees about 45-55 minutes. Just make sure potatoes are done
