Macaroni 2 cups
Tomatoes - 3-4 ripe peeled tomatoes or 1 can (Italian style is good)
Butter 2 T
Flour 2 T
Ketchup 2-3 T
Louisiana hot sauce 6 - 10 drops to taste
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper 1/4 tsp or to taste

Put macaroni in boiling water for 7-8 minutes boil until almost done, drain, add butter, then flour stir until flour disappears. Add tomatoes and juice (2 cups). Add rest of ingredients and simmer till sauce is desired thickness stirring occasionally.

Hint:
If using fresh tomatoes peel by placing ripe tomatoes in enough boiling water to cover boil 1 minute. Then remove immediately to cold water. Skin will easily slip off. Boil a few minutes before adding to drained macaroni.
