5 cup Swanson Chicken broth
Generous dash gr. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
4 stalks celery, chopped
2 large onion, chopped
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 pkg. {16oz} Pepperidge farm herb seasoned stuffing
1 bag Stroehman white cubed stuffing
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in fry pan. Add chopped celery/onion. Saute til onions are clear. Add salt n' pepper.

Put both bags of stuffing in a bowl, add beaten eggs. Add celery/onion mixture. Mix, add 5 cups broth, mix.

Spoon 2/3 of mixture into a greased pan.

Remaining 1/3 add to prepared mashed potatoes {about 6-8 cups} mix, put in another greased pan. That's the potato filling/stuffing.

Cover both pans with foil, bake at 350ºF oven for 30 minutes.

NOTE:
If you don't want potato stuffing then just put all mixture in one pan and bake.
