1 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. rolled oats (not instant)
3oz white chocolate, coarsely chopped
¼ c. red or green sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, beat butter until fluffy; beat in brown sugar and vanilla until light.
In separate bowl, stir in flour with rolled oats; stir into butter mixture until blended.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
On lightly floured surface, roll out dough to ¼ inch thickness, then cut into 4 6 inch circles, rerolling scraps as necessary. Place on greased baking sheets
Bake in 350º oven for about 15 minutes or until golden. Let cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes then transfer to cutting board and cut each into 6 triangles.
In bowl over saucepan or hot (not boiling) water, melt chocolate, stirring occasionally. Drizzle over triangles; sparkle with colored sugar
