1 box Jiffy corn mix
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 can drained corn
1 can cream style corn
1 can chopped green chilies
4 eggs
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together Jiffy corn mix, milk and vegetable oil. Stir in drained corn, cream style corn and green chilies.

Beat 4 eggs well pour into mixture. Add 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. Stir together. Pour into 9x13 pan, lightly sprayed with PAM . Bake 400º or 25 minutes. Then take out and sprinkle 1/2 c. of shredded cheddar cheese on top. Bake 400º for another 15 minutes.
