Bottom:
1 ¼ c. flour
½ c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
Middle:
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 ¼ c. brown sugar
½ tsp. baking powder
Dash salt
1 tsp. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
½ c. coconut
Top
½ c. butter
1 ½ c. icing sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 egg yolk
1 ½ T. water (enough to spread)

Bottom:
Crumble and pat into 8x8 pan
*bake at 350º for 12 minutes
Middle:
Beat eggs and add rest of the ingredients
Pour over bottom layer
*bake at 350º for 30 minutes
Run knife around edge + cool in pan
Top:
Beat together until light and fluffy
Spread over cooled square
Melt 1 square semi-sweet chocolate with 1 tsp. butter and drizzle over top
Cut into squares and chill until firm
