Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cans of refrigerated vegan biscuit dough
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
3 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp nutmeg
1 pinch powdered ginger
1 stick butter or vegetable oil (I like Earth Balance Whipped Butter)

Directions:
Directions:
Pop open the refrigerated dough and pull of a chunk of dough. Pull apart the biscuits. Use kitchen shears to cut the dough biscuit into 4-8 sections (depending on how large you like your pieces to be.

Combine all the sugar and seasoning into one bowl and mix.

Melt the butter or vegetable spread in a separate container and dip each biscuit piece into it.

If you want it to be even faster, just pour the butter (make sure it's not too hot) into a gallon ziplock baggy and toss the dough chunks in. Close the bag and give it a good shake. Once all the pieces are coated in oil you can toss in 2/3 of the dry mix goods a little bit at a time to get the biscuits nice and coated.

Put some butter at the bottom of the crockpot and slowly layer each piece of biscuit on top.

When finished, add any remaining sugar or topping to the crockpot, cover, and cook on low for one hour. Biscuits should be cooked but not too dry.
