1 Cup Crisco
1 Cup Molasses
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
3½ Cups All-purpose Flour
½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
¼ tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Cloves
¼ tsp. Ginger
Directions:
Directions:
Heat Crisco and molasses in saucepan over low heat until melted. Mix eggs and sugar; pour the molasses mixture slowly over the egg mixture; mix thoroughly. Mix in dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill until hard. Roll out on floured board or pastry cloth, Cut with 2-inch cookie cutter. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350º oven for 10 minutes.
