Ingredients:  
1 qt. strawberries, mix with a little sugar and put in refrigerator.

Mix together:
Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
1/2 oz. rum
1 oz Cointreau

Pour above mixture over berries.
Whip 1/4 pt cream.
Whip in 1/3 pt ice cream.

Pour over berries and stir gently til berries are coated and serve immediately
