1-20oz. can Apricots; drained
1-20oz. Crushed Pineapple; drained
2-3oz. Packages Orange Jell-O
2 Cups Hot Water
1 Cup each Apricot and Pineapple Juice
¾ Cup Miniature Marshmallows

TOPPING;
½ Cup Sugar
3 T. Flour
1 Egg Slightly Beaten
1 Cup Combined Fruit Juices
2 T. Butter
1 Cup Heavy Cream Whipped
⅔ Cup Shredded Cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jell-O in Hot Water. Add Fruit Juices. Chill until mixture starts to thicken; fold in fruit and marshmallows. Pour in serving bowl and chill until firm. Combine sugar and flour; gradually beat in egg. Stir in fruit juice and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in butter. Cool, fold in whipped cream. Spread over Jell-O and sprinkle with cheese, chill.
