1 loaf bread (cut crust off) and roll with rolling pin to flatten
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 C bleu cheese crumbs
1 egg
2 sticks butter melted
2 cans of asparagus spears (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together bleu cheese, egg, cream cheese until smooth.

take flattened bread slice and butter with cream cheese spread place an asparagus spear on the bread and tightly roll up.

place the melted butter on a plate or pan and roll the bread in the butter and slice in thirds

place them on a cookie sheet and into the freezer until harden. Then move to a plastic bag store in freezer until ready to bake.

425 degree oven cook for 15 minutes or until bread is lightly toasted
