2 bunches fresh asparagus
1 pkg flaky pie crust
1 lb bacon
Directions:
Directions:
cut ends off of asparagus and wash.

slice bacon long way in half

make 1/2" slices in pastry

roll bacon around asparagus then roll pastry around

add salt and pepper

Brush with egg wash put on cookie sheet

Bake in 400 degree oven until pastry is golden brown.
