1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. margarine
2 c. onions, chopped
4 cups cooked tomatoes
2 lbs. raw shrimp, cleaned
1 t. worcestershire sauce
dash of Tobasco
dash of Marjoram
1 1/2 t. salt
5 cups cooked rice
1/2 c. Sherry
8 strips bacon

Directions:
Melt butter and margarine. Add onions, tomatoes, shrimp, worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, about 30 minutes. Add rice and sherry. Mix well and place in a large open baker. Top with bacon strips. Bake in a moderate oven (375o) 25-30 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

NOTE: When I made it I used 6 cups of rice because the mixture seemed a lettle wet, and it was just right. (I (Shelley) don't know who "I" is. This recipe was typed.
