1 lb. cream cheese
1lb. ricotta cheese
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. flour
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 lb. melted butter

Crust:
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the cream cheese. Ricotta cheese and sugar. Add eggs , vanilla, cornstarch, flour, and melted butter. Beat until smooth. Add sour cream. Beat until smooth. Mix crust ingredient and press on sides and bottom of 10 inch spring form pan. Pour cheese mixture into lined pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave cake in over for 2 more hours. Store in refrigerator. Top with cherry pie filling.
