Creamy Dill Potato Salad

3 lbs new potatoes, halved

1/2 C sour cream

1/3 C mayo

1/4 C fresh dill, chopped

2 T lemon juice

6 scallions (green onions, to me)

salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:

Fill large saucepan with 1 inch of water and with steamer basket. Steam the potatoes until tender, 15-18 minutes. Let cool.

Toss the potatoes withe the sour cream, mayo, dill, lemon juice, onions, 1 t salt and 1/2 t pepper.

Refrigerate up to 8 hours.

I usually cut the potatoes into quarters and adjust the steaming time.
