1 1/2 T dried mustard

2 T vegetable oil

1 T vinegar

1 T prepared horseradish

1 t paprika

1/2 t salt

1/4 t pepper

dash of hot sauce

2 green onions, sliced in 1/2 inch pieces

2 T chopped parsley

1 clove garlic, halved

2 lbs med shrimp, cooked and deveined



Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except shrimp and lettuce in a blender or immersion blender, process until well blended and smooth.

To serve, arrange shrimp on lettuce leaves; pour dressing over shrimp.

May be served as a salad or appetizer wit toothpicks.
