Great Cheeseball

1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese

1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese

1/4 C California Sherry

1/4 C chopped, pitted black olives

1/2 t Lee and Perrins

Dash: onion, garlic and celery salts


Wrap and refrigerate.
Directions:
Directions:
Have cheeses at room temperature. In a large bowl, combine cheeses, sherry, olives, Lee and Perrins and salts.

Shape mixture into a ball, wrap in foil, refrigerate until needed.. Before serving, roll ball in finely chopped sesame or caraway seeds.

Serve with choice of crackers.
