1 ¾ c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
½ c. unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 large eggs
1 c. milk
½ c. butter, melted
½ c. mini chocolate chip
12 tbs. vanilla ice-cream

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease 12 cup cupcake tin or use liners.
3. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda in large bowl, mix together.
4. Add eggs, milk, chips, and melted butter.
5. Stir until well blended.
6. Spoon into muffin tins.
7. Bake 18-20 minutes.
8. Once the muffins are baked, let it cool and add the vanilla ice-cream to each muffin.
OPTIONAL:
9. You can add sprinkles or powder sugar on top.

I chose this recipe because my grandmother makes it every Christmas when all the family is together. Also, I chose it because everybody likes chocolate and I know it is a recipe that a lot of people will like. The recipe reminds me to every Christmas when I am with my family. I think Christmas is a really happy time of the year and I like to spend it with my family, and this recipe reminds me to my family.
