1/2 C Red Wine Vinegar
1 14oz package Tofu
1 T Dry Oregano
1 bunch Cilantro
2 ea Chipotle in Adobo
tt Pepper
tt Salt

Combine all in blender adjust seasoning
you may add more Chipotle if you want more heat
