1 cup sugar
1 cup milk

DO NOT REFRIGERATE

Use plastic or glass bowl and spoon

DAY #1: Receive your starter
DAY #2: Stir
DAY #3: Stir
DAY #4: Stir

DAY #5: Add above ingredients. Place in larger container, so it may rise.
DAY #6: Stir
DAY #7: Stir
DAY #8: Do Nothing
DAY #9: Do Nothing

DAY #10: Add above ingredients. Take 3 cups of batter and put 1 cup into 3 small containers with lids. This is the starter for your next batch and 2 for your friends.

Add to remaining batter: 2 cups plain flour, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 cup vegetable oil, 1 cup sugar, 2-3 tsp. cinnamon, 4 eggs, 1 large box instant vanilla pudding, 1 cup raisins, 1-2 cups chopped nuts.

Grease and flour 3 loaf pans. Bake at 325º F for 55-60 minutes. *If baking in dark pans, lower bake temp to 300º.
