1/4 Lb. Butter
1 C.Sugar
Dash Salt
5 Eggs
1 16oz. Hershey chocolate syrup
3/4 C. Walnuts
1 tsp Vanilla
1 C. Flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream 1/4 Lb. butter. Add1 C. sugar & dash salt, 5 eggs well beaten, oner 16oz.can Hershey syrup, 3/4 C. walnuts,m1 tsp. vanilla, 1 C. flour. Mix together. Bake 30-40 min.at 350i in 9x13x2inch pan.

Icing
6 T. Butter, 6 T milk, 1 1/2 C. Sugar. Bring to boil for 30 seconds. Take off stove & ADD 1/2 c. Chocolate chips & 1 tsp. vanilla. Put pan in cold water & beat until creamy
