3 lbs ribs ( boneless is best)
cut into serving pieces

Brown ribs in a large pan. Cover in your favorite BBQ sauce, or the homemade BBQ sauce in the "soups, stews, salads, and sauces" section. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or in a crockpot for 4 hours on high. Serve with rice.
