1 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp Worcestershire
1/4 cup vinegar
2 cans (8oz) tomato sauce
1/4 cup Ketchup
Directions:

Mix together and pour over chicken or pork. Makes the best marinade too.
