1 chicken, cut with skin on ( or leftover turkey)
1 medium onion
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1 chicken bullion cube
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup diced celery
1 pkg noodles or homemade noodles.

Directions:
Directions:
PLace chicken in a crock pot or stock pot on the stove. cover with water, add onion, salt, and pepper. Cook on high for 2 hours, or until the chicken is done. REmove chicken, remove skin and bones from chicken. Shred or dice into bite-sized pieces and return to pot. Add remaining ingredients except for noodles. Cook on high for another 2 hours, or until the carrots are soft. 1/2 hour before serving add the noodles. Serve when the noodles are done.
