1 large pot roast
1 cup water
1 medium onion chopped
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Potatoes
baby carrots
1 tbsp seasoning salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown roast in a large pot. Add remaining ingredients and top with potatoes and carrots. Cook for 2-3 hours at 350. Browning in the same pan you bake it in adds great flavour. This can also be cooked in a crockpot on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours for a more tender roast.
Eat the carrots, They are good for you.
Use the meat drippings to make a gravy and you're in business.
