3- 5 russet potatoes
1 lb hamburger
1 small onion, diced
3 cup milk separated
1/2 cup flour
salt and pepper to taste
parsley flakes
1 can cream of mushroom soup or golden mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Peel dice and boil potatoes. In large skillet brown hamburger and onions together, add spices. in bowl combine flour, 1 cup milk, stir until smooth add soup and stir. Add rest of milk and stir. Add to hamburger (don't drain). Cook and stir until thick gravy forms. Serve over potatoes.
