8 large potatoes
2 medium onions
2 tbsp butter
2 chicken bullion cubes
2 tbsp parsley
3 carrots, shredded or chopped
1 1/2 cups of corn
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar (optional)
1 1/2 cups cubed ham (optional)
6 cup water
2 cups milk
1/2 cup flour mixed with water to make a runny paste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large crockpot add all ingredients but the milk and flour. Cook all day at least 8 hours on low. 1/2 hour before serving, add the flour mixture and milk. When soup starts to thicken it's ready to serve.
