2 egg whites
1½ tsp salt
2 c granulated sugar
2 c rolled oats
1 tsp salt
½ c coconut, grated (optional)
Skim milk - to moisten dough

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Beat egg whites and salt until stiff.

Gradually add remaining ingredients, using skim milk to moisten batter.

Drop from a teaspoon onto a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil and bake for 12 minutes.
