Beef or pork meat ( preferably meat that needs a lot of cooking to be tender, country style ribs, stew meat, roast, etc. )
McCormick's au jus mix and enough water to cover your meat
Hoagie Rolls
Provolone Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place your meat ina crock pot and pour in au jus mix and water until covered. Cook on high for 5 hours or until the meat falls apart.
put the meat on your buns, with provolone cheese. Dip in the juices from the crockpot.
