Cake:
2 cup shreded carrots
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp
cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup walnuts chopped

Frosting:
2 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
1 stick (8 tbsp) butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350. sift together dry ingredients, mix together wet ingredients. Combine. Pour into a 9 by 13 in pan and bake for 35 to 45 min.
Whip together frosting ingredients until smooth.
