2 Tbsp.olive oil
bag of spinach
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 chopped onion
4 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c flour
3 c. milk
2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil, add garlic and spinach till wilted 2-3 min.
Add mix to blender, pour 1/4 c hot water, pulse till pureed
In soup pan saute onion in butter til soft, sprinkle flour and cook 2 min.
Pour in milk, stirring, add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, cook 5 min.
Pour in pureed spinach, cook til thick.
