2 lbs ground beef
3 celery stalks, diced
2 cups frozen peas
1 large onion, diced
4 oz mushrooms, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 can tomato paste
1 cup beef broth
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp paprika
3 sweet potatoes
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and bake sweet potato for 45 minutes. Remove skin and mash potatoes in bowl with milk, splash of broth and garlic powder to taste.

Set oven 350 degrees.

Rinse frozen vegetables in warm water to remove any ice. Brown meat with salt and pepper, celery and onion and drain fat. Add garlic, broth, tomato paste, salt and pepper, mushrooms, Worcestershire, onion powder, parsley, rosemary and paprika. Stir well. Add frozen pear and heat through.

Prepare your 9 X 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Pour meat mixture in to pan and spread sweet potato mash over top. Broil for 5 - 10 minutes or until potatoes are golden.

Serve by itself or with another vegetable side.
