1 - 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 c. icing sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy cream

fruit topping of your choice.

Mix cream cheese, sugar & vanilla at medium speed on electric mixer. Gradually add heavy cream: mix well. Whip until thickened. Divide into serving bowls. Using the back of a spoon, shape into 'nests'. Place on cookie sheet & freeze overnight.
