4 chicken breasts
1 jar mango salsa
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
2 tsp cumin
1 lime, juiced
1 can black beans
2 cups brown rice
1/2 bundle of cilantro
tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in slow cooker, sprinkle spices on top.

Pour in BBQ sauce, cover chicken with 1 cup salsa and cook on high for 4 - 6 hours.

Shred chicken and let it marinade in slow cooker while you are heating up black bean and cooking rice. Remove chicken from slow cooker with tongs into bowl and squeeze lime juice over meat.

Serve as tacos or rice bowl with lettuce and other toppings.
