2 Onions; thinly sliced
8 Chicken Parts(legs, thighs, ½ breast)
garlic powder
celery salt
paprika
pepper, pinch of sage
4 Large Potatoes; quartered
Directions:
Directions:
Grese the bottom of roasting pan. Cover the bottom with the sliced onions. layer chiken on onions, and sprinkle with spices. Cover potatoes with oil or cooking spray; surround the chicken with the potatoes. Bake, uncovered, in 350º oven for an hour.
