Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 egg
¼ cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
⅔ cup milk
dash of pepper
½ pound lean ground beef
½ pound ground pork
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¾ cup cooked rice
6 large cabbage leaves
1- 10 ounce can tomato soup
1 tablespoon grown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Put egg, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and milk in a large bowl and mix well. Add the ground meat and cooked rice and beat with a fork to combined. Place the cabbage leaves in boiling water for 3 minutes, drain. Place ½ cup of meat mixture on each cabbage leaf and roll into a package and place seam side down in a greased oven proof dish. It is best if the cabbage rolls are fairly tightly packed in the casserole dish. Combine soup, brown sugar, and lemon juice and pour over the cabbage rolls. Bake uncovered at 350º F. for 1¼ hours.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If you do not have large cabbage leaves you can make smaller cabbage rolls using ¼ cup of filling in each. If you prefer a less sweet and more savory sauce you can use spaghetti sauce or tomato puree with a little tomato paste instead of the soup and omit the brown sugar. Can be made ahead and frozen before cooking.
