1 8oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
1 C flour
1 C butter (softened)
1 lb mushrooms (minced)
1 onion (minced)
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 C sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp thyme
1 egg beaten

Directions:

Mix butter, flour and cream cheese together to make a ball. refrigerate for 30 minutes.


in a fry pan add 2 tbsp. butter when melted add mushrooms, onions, salt and thyme cooked until
slightly brown add Sour cream and put aside.

Roll out dough and cut into round with a cookie cutter or a wide glass.

add 1/2 tsp of mushroom to the littles rounds wet the edge with egg fold in half and pinch down edge with a fork. pierce the top of the turnover makes around 24 turnovers

you can freeze them ahead on a cookie sheet or dish then transfer to a freezer bag.

Heat over at 400 degrees
brush top of turnover with egg and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown
